| We are using DKP System in Mythic but in Heroic we will use LootCouncil.
How you will gain DKP ?
In your calendar you will get invite for the raid and you have to accept it to join with us but if you don't accept the invitation you will not join with us to the raid and there is no DKP for you. Make sure that you accept your calendar before raid time.
you will gain 20 DKP " On Time"
At the end everyone in raid will get 10 DKP for "Ending Raid"
On Time="20 DKP
Ending Raid="10 DKP
How i lose my DKP Point?
if you accept the invite and you don't show up Minus 20 DKP
if you fail alot even after the warning you will lose 20 DKP
if you declined the calender without any reason before the raid you will lose 20 DKP
Is Off spec gear need DKP too?
No you can roll on it if there are 2 or more players need it and the winner have to put 1 Temporal Crystal in Guild bank.

If item drop from boss,How i can get it?
First of all make sure from item is best in slot for you because we don't need loot whore with us second thing give some chance to your friends if there is not big change between yout current item and now item.
You have to whisper loot master the price of the item as it is mention up, Then Loot Master will see whos have high DKP to win the item if there are 2 players with same high DKP both of them have to roll and winner will lose DKP as price as item
